Tarah Pollock earned her BFA in Acting from the University of California, Santa Barbara in 2011, and her MFA in Acting from the University of Southern California in 2014. She later earned her MA in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from Pepperdine University.

Outside of the therapy room, Tarah enjoys hiking, camping, horseback riding, and spending time with animals, especially her Australian Cattle Dog, Ada. Since relocating from Los Angeles to Richmond, she has loved exploring all that RVA’s outdoors has to offer. She is also passionate about live performance, storytelling, Buddhist teachings, and meditation, which continue to shape her appreciation for connection, stillness, and growth.
