Francisco Morin is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with Bloom Health Centers. Francisco primarily works with adults and serves individuals who are experiencing ADD/ADHD; Anxiety; Career Counseling; Coping Skills; LGBTQ+ Issues; Medical Professional Burnout; Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD); Sleep or Insomnia; and Transgender.

Professional Background and Expertise

Through his training and education Francisco has identified some treatment approaches that are most effective for his patients which are Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT); Compassion-Focused; Motivational Interviewing. 

Francisco is certified as a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP), an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN), and a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC). In 2020 Francisco was named Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner of the Year at George Mason University. In 2020, Francisco graduated from George Mason University as Summa Cum Laude. Fransisco shares that psychiatry has always been a passion of his, starting when he was a staff nurse. He has found joy in assisting patients to live their best versions of themselves and experience relief from their afflictions.
