Bloom Health Centers welcomes James Brennan to the team and mission of expanding whole access mental health care for individuals across Maryland. James received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology in May 1999 from Towson University. Later, James obtained his Paramedic certification from the CCBC School of Health Professionals in 2005. Mr. Brennan received his Associate of Science in Nursing (A.S.) in 2009 from The Community College of Baltimore County. Most recently, James obtained his Master of Science (M.S.) in Physician Assistant Studies from Towson University in July 2015.
