I take a humanistic and collaborative approach to therapy, with a strong emphasis on building a trusting and supportive therapeutic relationship. I believe that growth and change happen when clients feel safe, respected, and actively involved in the therapy process. My approach is integrative and tailored to each individual. Depending on a client’s unique needs and goals, I draw from a range of approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, and strengths-based therapy. This flexible approach allows me to support clients in a way that feels both personalized and effective. I work with adults and adolescents experiencing anxiety, depression, personality disorders, trauma, and life transitions.
