Keisha Lopez is a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner providing care to individuals ages 14 and older in both inpatient and outpatient settings. She earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice from Virginia Commonwealth University, graduating magna cum laude, and is a member of the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing.
Keisha specializes in treating mood disorders, anxiety disorders, and trauma-related conditions. She offers comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and psychoeducation, using a trauma-informed, patient-centered approach. Her clinical background includes experience with advanced and emerging treatment strategies for individuals who may not have responded to traditional care.
She is a member of the American Psychiatric Nurses Association (APNA) and the American Nurses Association (ANA). Outside of work, Keisha enjoys traveling—especially spending time in Belize, her husband’s home country—where she embraces the warmth and vibrancy of Caribbean culture. She values connection, balance, and mental health advocacy in underserved communities.
