Kuljit Kaur, PA-C, brings a diverse background and experience to her care of her patients. We are excited to welcome Kuljit to Bloom Health Centers.
Kuljit’s educational journey began at the University of California, Davis, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Neurobiology, Physiology, and Behavior in June 2020. Kuljit then pursued her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies at A.T. Still University, graduating in June 2024.
During her final year, she worked as a Physician Assistant Student at Ampla Health from May 2023 to June 2024. Following graduation, Kuljit joined Glenn Medical Center as a Board-Certified Physician Assistant in the emergency room from July 2024 to November 2024, applying her clinical skills and continuing her professional growth.
Professional Background and Expertise
As a physician assistant, Kuljit’s specialties and focus areas are primarily in emergency medicine and psychiatry. In the emergency department, Kuljit provides acute care services including patient assessment, triage, and urgent medical interventions. Her experience in the ER has exposed her to a wide range of cases, from trauma to acute medical conditions. Notably, during her ER rotations, Kuljit managed numerous patients presenting with acute psychosis and other psychiatric conditions. This experience has taught Kuljit how to quickly build rapport with distressed patients, administer appropriate medications, and collaborate effectively with psychiatric services to ensure continuity of care.

As an immigrant who moved from India to the United States at age 10, Kuljit’s multicultural background enriches her approach to patient care. Speaking multiple languages (Punjabi, Hindi, Urdu) helps Kuljit better understand and connect with diverse patient populations. Outside of medicine, Kuljit is passionate about cooking and maintaining fitness through regular workouts. These personal experiences and interests help her connect with patients on a more comprehensive and empathetic level.
