Haley has a proven track record of leadership and management in healthcare settings. As a Nurse Residency Program graduate, she completed a specialty training apprenticeship and presented an evidence-based project to senior leadership. She is also a Certified Nurse Preceptor and has provided new nurses with the tools and resources needed to deliver excellent patient care. As the Chairperson of the Unit Based Council at Dominion Hospital, Haley oversaw the development, review, and revision of policies, procedures, and standards of care, and promoted evidence-based professional nursing practice and research for best practice and care outcomes.

Haley treats patients from adolescence to age 64 years old. Haley specializes in ADD/ADHD, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and many more diagnoses. Haley utilizes a compassion-focused and psychopharmacological treatment approach to guide her patients through their journey.
