Catherine has worked as a nutrition coach for 10 years and considers it a passion, particularly because of its behavioral and goal-oriented focus. Following graduation from Radford University, she worked for two years as a Mental Health Support Specialist with a Community Services Board in Blacksburg, Virginia. In 2010, she relocated to Northern Virginia and worked for seven years as a Therapeutic Day Treatment Counselor in a school setting in Stafford, Virginia, providing behavioral and emotional support to students. In 2022, she and her family moved to Winchester, Virginia. She is the mother of three children, ages 9, 7, and 6.

Outside of her professional life, Catherine’s greatest joy is being a mother to her three children, who are the center of her world and inspire her every day. She enjoys spending time outdoors with her family, volunteering at her children’s school, and coaching their sports teams. Health and wellness are also important parts of her life. She has been a fitness instructor for many years, teaching barre, cycling, boot camps, and other group fitness classes. Daily exercise helps her stay grounded, centered, and present, and she believes strongly in the importance of caring for both physical and mental well-being.
