Cynthia received her master’s in biomedical sciences from Iowa State University. Most recently Cynthia earned her master’s in physician assistant studies from Frostburg State University. Ms. Veliz works with adults mostly. In addition to English, Cynthia can fluently speak Spanish. Cynthia works with patients who are experiencing symptoms of anxiety, depression, ADD/ADHD, anger management, bipolar disorder, life transitions, family conflict, grief and loss, and many more diagnoses. 

Cynthia is licensed to serve patients in Maryland and Virginia.
