Katherine Hudson, PMHNP, completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2022 at George Washington University in Washington, D.C., and went on to earn her Master of Science in Nursing with a specialization as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP), expected in 2026, from the same institution. She also holds a Master of Public Policy, earned in 2004 from American University in Washington, D.C. Earlier in her academic career, she received her Bachelor of Arts in English and Psychology in 2001 from the University of Virginia in Charlottesville, Virginia.

Katherine is a mom to three children, including two neurodivergent children. Her personal experience learning how to navigate a neurodivergent diagnosis, finding the best resources for her kids, and helping them thrive led her to pursue a career as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. Outside of spending time with her children, partner and two dogs, Kate enjoys running, photography, and all things outdoors--hiking, mountain biking, paddle-boarding, skiing, etc.
