Professional Background and Expertise
Kelly, AGPCNP-BC, graduated from Tulane University with a Bachelors of Science in Management (BSM) in May 2012. Then, she obtained her EMT and phlebotomy certifications summer 2012. In August 2013-2015 Kelly attended Vanderbilt University School of Nursing where she earned her Masters of Science in Nursing (MSN). In September 2015 she became Board Certified as an Adult Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner. She worked within the infectious disease sector from 2015-2018, integrative medicine 2018-2020, inpatient as a member of the acute pain service for MedStar from 2020-2022, and most recently in outpatient Neurology 2022-present. Finally, Kelly proudly completed her Post-Masters in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing May 2024 from George Mason University and will sit for my board exam coming in June 2024.
Kelly serves adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients who are experiencing PTSD, depression, anxiety, mood disorders, behavioral conflicts, loss or trauma, grief support, and many more disorders.
