Over the course of her education and professional development, Isabella has gained diverse experience working with seniors, children with autism, individuals with mental health needs, and survivors of domestic violence.

Isabella began her career in 2022 as a Behavioral Technician and has since worked in ABA therapy, resident services, community mental health, and victim advocacy roles. Through these experiences, she has provided behavioral support, case management, counseling, crisis intervention, and resource coordination. She believes that no one person is defined by a single experience, and working with individuals across different stages of life has helped her become a more well-rounded and compassionate professional.
