She has worked in psychiatric and behavioral health services across Intellectual and Developmental Disability (ID/DD) Intermediate Care Facility (ICF) settings, inpatient Behavioral Health Units (BHU), long-term care facilities, and community-based mental health programs. Her experience includes providing services through Intensive In-Home (IIH) programs, Mental Health Skill-Building Services (MHSB), and Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP) serving adolescents with mood disorders and co-occurring mental health and substance use concerns. Throughout these roles, she has gained experience in clinical assessment, crisis intervention, care coordination, treatment planning, psychosocial support, and multidisciplinary collaboration while working with adults, older adults, and adolescents.

Tina provides person-centered, strengths-based care tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals. Her clinical interests include anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, and co-occurring mental health and substance use concerns. She has experience with crisis intervention, risk assessment, safety planning, and behavioral health assessments, and utilizes evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Art Therapy. She strives to create a supportive, collaborative environment that helps clients build coping skills, strengthen resilience, and achieve meaningful personal growth.
