Christina Brander began her nursing education at ECPI College of Technology in Manassas, Virginia, where she earned her Diploma in Practical Nursing in 2006 and obtained her LPN license in August 2006. She then earned her Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) from Lord Fairfax Community College in Middletown, Virginia, in 2012, graduating Cum Laude and as a member of Phi Theta Kappa. In May 2015, Christina earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Western Governors University in Salt Lake City, Utah.

She most recently earned her Master of Science in Nursing with a specialization as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (MSN-PMHNP) from Western Governors University in Salt Lake City, Utah, graduating in June 2025. Her clinical rotations included Inpatient Acute Psychiatry, Outpatient Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), and Consult Services at Winchester Medical Center and Valley Health Outpatient Services.
