With his early interest in the human mind, Michael earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Florida and earned his medical degree at Ross University School of Medicine. After completing General Psychiatry residency training at Larkin Community Hospital in Miami, Michael completed one year of training in the University of Virginia’s Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Program. Having witnessed the resilience of children’s minds through various professional and personal life experiences, Michael especially loves to work with child and adolescent patients. He wishes to dedicate his lifelong career to helping kids cultivate healthy minds with special interests including ADHD, Anxiety Disorders, and Mood Disorders.Michael’s greatest joy is in engaging in family activities. He loves to travel and discover new cultures and foods with his wife and young son.
