Brooke Meredith graduated Magna Cum Lauda from Towson University in 2020 with a Bachelors in Exercise Science. During her time there she also worked as a supplemental instructor for anatomy and physiology. She worked as medical assistant/scribe at a dermatology office and physical therapy technician at a PT office from 2019 to 2023 to gain clinical experience with many patients with different backgrounds although knew she always wanted to work in mental health. She furthered her education by graduating from University of Maryland, Baltimore in 2025 with a Masters of Health Science in Physician Assistant studies.
