Max graduated from James Madison University with a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and a concentration in Exercise Science. His career began in marketing and non-profit development, where he led his first fundraising campaign to support fitness and wellness programs for underserved populations in Harrisonburg, VA. Max later worked with the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society and the Alzheimer’s Association, managing large-scale fundraising efforts and building strong community partnerships. 

Max always has had a deep passion for community growth and involvement. Creating meaningful experiences for families and friends locally is what drives him, and he is excited to bring that same energy to Bloom, supporting the expert care we provide before, during, and after treatment. 

Outside of work, you’ll often find Max at the gym, exploring local nature trails, or trying his best to become an Iron Chef in the kitchen.
