Neel Nene, MD, MBA, MS
Dr. Nene is the Chief Executive Officer as well as the Chief Medical Officer of Bloom Health Centers. He completed General Psychiatry training at Maimonides Medical Center in New York, NY, with extensive addiction medicine training at NYU-Bellevue Hospital in New York, NY. He was a member of the Brooklyn Psychiatric Society and contributed to developing ACT-Team Street/at-home resources for the seriously mentally ill. He completed a Child and Adolescent Psychiatry fellowship program at the Milton S. Hershey Medical Center at Penn State University in Hershey, PA, where he served as Chief Fellow.

Before joining Bloom Health Centers, Dr. Nene was the Medical Director of the Child/Adolescent Mental Health programming for Dominion Hospital (HCA). He was also the Founder (along with his wife, Tahmina Nene, a psychotherapist) and Chief Executive Officer/Medical Director of Comprehensive Behavioral Health (CBH) in the greater Washington DC area. Throughout his career, Dr. Nene prides himself most on being a husband, a dad, and a son.

Throughout his career, Dr. Nene prides himself most on being a husband, a dad, and a son. In his off time, he enjoys coaching tennis and soccer and playing with his children.
