Zainab utilizes a range of evidence-based interventions, including mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to address psychological symptoms and support clinical outcomes. She tailors treatment strategies to the specific needs of each client, integrating approaches to promote emotional regulation, coping skills, and behavioral change.

Zainab works with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD, stress, grief and loss, self-esteem and personal growth challenges, and behavioral concerns. Her approach is tailored to the unique needs of every person she works with, focusing on uncovering strengths and building resilience.

She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a focus on emotional regulation and child development in 2021, and her Master of Social Work in clinical practice in 2024. Zainab is currently preparing to pursue a PhD in Clinical and Health Psychology to further her research and clinical work. She has also contributed a few articles to Bloom’s Blog, sharing insights on mental health, self-care, and emotional well-being.
