Jami Damron, LMSW comes to Bloom with a wealth of knowledge and excitement to serve more clients. Julie is a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP)-Adult and Child. Julie obtained an Associate's degree in Medical Assisting from Kaplan University in 2010. Following that, Julie attended Liberty University, where she earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology in 2017. Most recently, Julie pursued a Master of Social Work (MSW) at Walden University, graduating in 2023.

Julie has experience working in various settings such as out-patient facilities and community centers. Julie works with children, adolescents, and adults to address their unique needs. Julie shares, “My goal is to give everyone a non-judgmental outlet, a safe place to process, be heard, and get the services and supports they need.” Each person is unique, Julie tailors her approach to the individual. Julie tells us more about her style, “My style is characterized by respect, empathy, active listening, collaboration, creating a safe and inclusive space for clients to explore their emotions and experiences. In her free time, Julie enjoys spending time with children and family.
