Oscar works with adult populations from middle-aged to geriatrics. As a clinical professional counselor, Oscar's number one goal is to help his clients experience holistic wellness (physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually) and help them on their journey to wellness.

Oscar's approach utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamic, and relational theories as a theoretical framework that empowers his clients to explore and identify healthy alternatives to mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, Post-traumatic stress disorder, addictions, and other mental-emotional conditions.

Oscar works in a collaborative effort with clients which gives them the control, freedom, and power to change what they want to bring holistic wellness.

Education & Experience

Oscar has received his Bachelor of Science in Public Health from Temple University in Philadelphia, PA. He went on to earn his Master's degree in Counseling from John Hopkins University in Baltimore, MD.
