Dr. Galvis graduated from medical school at the University of Santo Tomas, Manila, Philippines. After graduation, he completed his general psychiatric residency at the Delaware State Hospital (1990-1993). He completed his Child & Adolescent Fellowship at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania (1993-1995).
