Meredith specializes in Trauma-Informed Therapy and Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, but utilizes a variety of approaches as she works with each individual client to find what works best for them. She works with the population 18-years-old and above.
Meredith approaches each client with the idea that she will see the world through their eyes. Education & Experience
Meredith graduated from Salisbury University with her undergraduate in Psychology in May 2020. Following her undergraduate studies, she pursued her Masters of Social Work through Salisbury University. In 2023, Meredith received her Masters of Social Work degree and her licensure to be a mental health therapist.
