Mechia has experience working with adults who may be addressing life transitions, stress, anxiety, relationship/friendship issues, or women’s issues. She uses different types of modalities such as person-centered, cognitive behavioral therapy, narrative therapy, etc, and tailors her therapeutic approach to meet the needs of her clients.

Education & Experience
Mechia is a National Certified Counselor with Bloom Health Centers. She earned her Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Johns Hopkins University in 2019. Prior to that, she received her undergraduate degree in Psychology in 2014 from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
