Kim has over 15 years of experience working in the mental health field serving adults, teens, families, and couples. Her clinical experience has focused on crisis intervention, trauma, depression, anxiety, substance abuse, self-esteem, relationship issues, and life transitions. She utilizes an integrative, strength-based, holistic, approach to helping others reach their personal goals and enhance resilience. Kim uses holistic approaches along with narrative therapy, expressive art, CBT, Adlerian therapy, and solution-focused therapy when working with clients.‍Life is a series of transitions, some we welcome and others we do not. Each life transition offers an opportunity for self-discovery, growth, and change. At times working through life transitions can cause distress. Kim is passionate about inspiring and encouraging others to create the best life that brings balance and new beginnings. She can assist with developing the coping skills patients need to maintain to focus on what is important to them as they move successfully through these transitional periods. Kim is passionate about life issues related to self-esteem, personal identity, work balance, self-awareness, and relationships.‍Kim provides therapy to assist individuals, pre-teens, adolescents, families, and couples with discovering their strengths and using their strengths to uncover the solutions to the issues that bring them to therapy.
