Life is about a series of transitions. Kim is passionate about inspiring and encouraging others to create the best life that brings balance. My approach is an integrative, strength-based, holistic, and solution-focused approach to helping clients.

Kim can assist clients with developing the coping skills needed to maintain and focus on what is important to them as they move successfully through transitional life periods, grief and loss, relationship conflicts, and work-life balance issues. Kim can provide therapy to issues individuals and couples by discovering their strengths and using their strengths to uncover the solutions to the issues that bring them to therapy.

Kim has over 15 years of experience serving adults and couples in the mental health field. Her clinical experience has focused on crisis intervention, substance abuse, trauma, depression, anxiety, self-esteem, relationship issues, and life transitions.

Education & Experience

Kim attended Liberty University and Johnson C. Smith University. She has 15 years of experience with women's issues, adults, and relationships.

Kim holds certification in Grief, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Anxiety and Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Clinical Trauma Professional, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
