About
In 2022, Jennifer also took on the role of an Assistant Professor at George Mason University, where she focused on teaching Pediatrics curriculum and served as faculty for the Mason and Partners free clinics. Her commitment to educating and empowering the next generation of healthcare providers continued as did her pride in the nursing profession.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, Jennifer identified a significant need for mental health services for children and adolescents in the surrounding area. Recognizing this gap, she made the decision to pursue a Postgraduate Certificate to obtain dual certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. By doing so, she aims to address the critical mental health needs of young individuals and provide them with compassionate and effective care.
Jennifer's profile reflects her extensive experience, passion for pediatric care, dedication to nursing education, and commitment to improving mental health services for children and adolescents. Her multidimensional expertise makes her a valuable asset to the healthcare community, and she continues to make a positive impact in the lives of her patients and students alike.
