Henry takes a humanistic and eclectic approach to therapy, evaluating the needs of the client and adjusting with the appropriate approaches. He is grounded in psychodynamic theory and brings in other modalities such as CBT, DBT, ACT.
Henry finds a holistic approach to well-being to be imperative and will work with you to make sure that exercise, nutrition, and sleep are addressed. He has experience working with individuals on improving their mental approach to performance in highly demanding environments.
Education & Experience
Henry completed his undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of Mary Washington. He then earned a Master of Education in Counseling and Sport/Performance Psychology from Boston University.
