About
Psychiatry has always been Francisco's passion, stemming from when he was a staff nurse. He believes that assisting patients to live their best versions of themselves and experience relief from their afflictions is his life mission.
Francisco specializes in LGBTQ+ issues, adult ADHD, anxiety, and panic disorders. He is a certified medical interpreter in Spanish, which broadens his scope of practice to include Spanish-speaking populations
Education & Experience
Francisco received his Accelerated Bachelor of Science in Nursing at George Mason University. He then went on to complete Mason's Doctor of Nursing Practice program where he graduated Summa Cum Laude in 2020. He was awarded the honor of Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner of the Year by George Mason University in 2020. Prior to Mason, Franciso received a BA in Sociology and Anthropology from the University of Mary Washington, and an AS in Radiologic Sciences from Northern Virginia Community College.
