About
Elissa takes a holistic approach to practicing and partnering with patients to determine the individualized course of treatment. Her specialties include mood and anxiety disorders, and ADHD, and she has additional training in women’s health, including perinatal mood and anxiety disorders.
Education & Experience
Elissa graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology in 2009 from Vanderbilt University and then a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Georgetown University in 2013. After working as a nurse for several years, she graduated with her Master of Science in Nursing as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Doctorate in Nursing Practice from University of Virginia in 2018.
