In 1993, Caroline embarked on her nursing journey at Marymount University in Arlington, VA, completing her Associate of Science in Nursing. Committed to the healthcare profession, she continued her academic journey at George Mason University in Fairfax, VA, achieving her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 1999. Returning to George Mason University, she earned her Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner in 2001. Her enduring dedication to nursing excellence culminated in her attainment of the Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from George Mason University in 2012. Presently, Caroline is a PMHNP (Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner) student at GMU, poised to complete her certificate program in May 2024. With this distinguished academic background and extensive experience, she stands as a leader in the healthcare domain, dedicated to the enhancement of healthcare practices and the betterment of patient outcomes.

Caroline was honored to accept the 2017 American Association of Colleges of Nursing (AACN) Virginia Nurse Practitioner of the Year Award, which highlighted her unwavering commitment to advancing the Nursing Profession. In 2019, she was equally honored to receive the George Mason University Alumni Association Outstanding Service award, showcasing her remarkable ability to serve as an innovative practitioner in her community.
