About

Bill is a strong believer in helping individuals uncover their innate motivation for change and utilize their personal resources to achieve their full potential. His goal is to help his clients take a look at processes, both internal and external, that lead to mental health outcomes both good and bad. He works together with his clients to build on successes and work through barriers in thoughts, behaviors and emotions.

Bill believes that therapy is always focused on the individual and a combination of both exploration to understand root causes as well as problem solving. His goal is to create a nonjudgmental, relaxed environment that allows your best self to emerge. Potential benefits of therapy include symptom reduction, increased sense of well-being, clarity on goals and direction in life, as well as increased ability to cope with everyday stresses.

Education & Experience

Bill received his BA from Boston College, and proceeded to earn a Master of Public Administration from George Washington University in 2005. He attended Marymount University and earned a Masters degree in Clinical Counseling in 2010.

Bill has spent over a decade as a counselor working with individuals and groups in behavioral health and substance abuse treatment including inpatient settings, partial hospitalization, outpatient therapy and assessments.
