Throughout her career, Adena has worked with clients on coping with stress, depression, anxiety, life transitions, grief, and loss. She uses a strengths-based approach and believes that her role as a clinician is to help guide clients to live their best lives. Her top priority is to create a safe and non-judgmental space for sessions with her clients.
Adena believes it is important for everyone to have someone to talk with. Life is challenging to navigate on your own and having a Therapist you connect with is key. Adena works to build trust so her clients are able to open up to her and know that she won't judge them. She wants her clients to be able to make the progress they are looking for so they can experience real change in their mental wellness.
