HR Operations Manager

Beginning as an intern for clinical staff, Yannick has since been promoted several times within the company. Acting as the Human Resources Operations Manager, Yannick is responsible for overseeing human capital management, including talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee retention.

Yannick serves as a strategic business partner to senior operations leaders across all Bloom Health Centers sites. Amongst ensuring the implementation and delivery of HR policies, practices, and processes, Yannick’s objective is to develop and foster a place where employees want to work, which ensures that patients receive world-class treatment in mental healthcare.

Outside of work, Yannick is a hiking enthusiast whose goal is to get to the highest peak of every country he visits. He is a fanatic of combat sports, and loves to train MMA. Other hobbies include cars, gaming, filmmaking, and lots of traveling.
