With a distinguished career spanning over three decades in healthcare and customer service, Leticia brings a wealth of experience to her current role. Her dedication is manifest in her ongoing efforts to foster growth and excellence within her team, motivating them to consistently exceed expectations and provide an exceptional patient experience.

Leticia graduated from the University of the District of Columbia with a bachelor’s degree in Business. Outside of work, she loves traveling with her husband and experiencing new places and cultures.
